an international modern and contemporary art fair dedicated to the art
of the Middle East and North Africa, is finally coming to Brussels for
its third edition.
After the success of its launch in Paris in 2021, confirmed in 2022, the Menart Fair team is pleased to invite you to the Boghossian Foundation - Villa Empain, a key venue in the artistic life of Brussels, from 3 to 5 February 2023.

A selection of a hundred exceptional works of ART + DESIGN from more than sixty modern & contemporary artists, represented by about twenty international galleries, will be gathered during three days in the capital of Europe.
|
The
artists presented are for the most part recognized in their respective
countries and many of them are already collected by a number of
museums, internationally renowned institutions and Western connoisseurs. |
"The
history of modern art in MENA is incredibly rich and unique.
Contemporary art in the region is incredibly vibrant and diverse.
The
commitment of galleries, foundations and collectors from this region of
the world has been fundamental in bringing artists to their own
countries. Beirut Art Fair, which I created and directed in Beirut
(Lebanon) for more than ten years, has been an international pioneer in
its field and has contributed to the influence of these artistic
scenes.
With
the Menart Fair, we are setting up a platform for exchange in Europe
that is without equal, for this wonderful story to develop and no
longer knows borders.
Because, beyond being a trade fair, Menart Fair tells a story, that of the art of the MENA countries" declares Laure d'Hauteville, founder and director.

"Belgium
has always attracted me by the quality of its collections and its
visionary approach. Menart Fair, an emerging fair, is well based in
Brussels, especially at the Boghossian Foundation. Visitors will have
the opportunity to discover a plethora of artists, many of whom are
recognized in their home countries. The event has a human size,
gathering more than twenty galleries; collectors will have the time to
visit the stands, to talk to the exhibitors, to discover besides the
artists, young designers. More than a fair, we are a platform that
creates bridges and allows to weave links", adds Joanna Chevalier, artistic director.
